AmCham Moldova is organizing TAXCON’26, Moldova’s largest international conference dedicated to taxation. The seventh edition will bring the most significant international tax trends into focus—from the interplay between economic competitiveness and tax policy across Europe, to tackling abusive tax practices and their implications for Moldova, as well as the ways in which artificial intelligence and automation are reshaping tax systems. The conference will also address the most pressing developments in tax policy and tax administration in the context of Moldova’s ongoing alignment with the EU acquis. These topics will be explored by leading national and international experts and experienced practitioners. TAXCON is designed for tax and accounting professionals from the private sector, public authorities, the academic and research communities, and development partners, bringing together a broad spectrum of local and international stakeholders involved in shaping tax policy.
